RETURN POLICY

According to the legislation in force, the return of the products is only applicable to individual customers.

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, without having to tell us the reason why you want to return the products. In this case, you only pay the shipping costs for returning the products.

The products will be returned ONLY by express courier services, and for this we recommend Cargus Curier (so as not to pay extra KM). For other courier service providers, we recommend that the final destination be their headquarters in Bistrita, from where we will pick them up.

The products must be returned in the same way as they were received, without defects, scratches or tears. In case of returning the products in a condition other than the one delivered, ȚINUTUL DE NORD SRL may refuse to refund their value or replace them.

Before returning one or more products, please send us an email at shop@viatransilvanica.com with the full name, the order number and its total value (excluding delivery costs). The return will be sent to: Tiha Bârgăului commune, Piatra Fântânele village, Obcioară street no. 97, Bistrița-Năsăud County. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable.

After receiving the return and verifying its condition, ȚINUTUL DE NORD SRL will reimburse or replace it within 30 days from the date of receipt.
