RETURN POLICY
According to Romanian legislation in force, the return of products is only applicable to natural person customers.
You have the right to return the whole order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, without being obliged to tell us the reason why you want to return the products. In this case, you only have to pay the shipping costs for returning the products.
If you want to replace a product, contact us and we will check if it is in stock. The payment of the transport will also be borne by the customer, depending on the value of the product.
The products will ONLY be returned by fast courier services, and for this we recommend Cargus or Sameday Courier (so that no additional KM are charged) or DHL (for returns outside Romania). If you want to send from Romania with other courier service providers, we recommend that the final destination be their headquarters in Bistrita, from where we will pick them up. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, without defects, scratches or tears. In case of returning the products in a different state than the one delivered, ȚINUTUL DE NORD SRL may refuse to reimburse their value or replace them.
Before returning one or more products, please email us at shop@viatransilvanica.com with your full name, order number and total value (excluding delivery costs). The return will be sent to the address: Tiha Bârgăului commune, Piatra Fântânele village, Obcioara street no. 97, Bistrita-Năsăud county. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
After receiving the return and checking its condition, ȚINUTUL DE NORD SRL will reimburse or replace it within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt.
If the product or products are defective upon opening the package, we will exchange your product or products free of charge.
