  1. Can I order by phone?

    • The order can only be made through the online store.

  2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    • No, you don't need an account.

  3. Are orders from outside Romania also accepted?

    • No, for the time being we only deliver on the Romanian territory.

  4. Is there a minimum order value?

    • No, but for orders over 220 lei, you will benefit from free shipping.

  5. Can I order a product that is marked as: unavailable?

    • Products marked "unavailable" mean that they are not in stock, but we will always try to supply the stock with enough products.

  6. Can I place an order as a legal entity?

    • Yes, an order can be initiated as a legal entity. Additional information (company name and CUI) must be mentioned using the option  Use a different billing address under the heading ´Optional Company´.

    • Yes, only from the Tășuleasa Social campus, 97 Obcioară street, Piatra Fântânele place, Bistrița-Năsăud county, if you choose the "pick-up" option.

    • 17 Lei standard fare. 

    • for orders over 220 lei we provide free transport, within the localities covered by Cargus or Sameday curier.


  1. How can I track the given order?

    • When your order is ready to be picked up by the courier, you will receive an email containing the AWB number for your order. With this number you can follow the status of the order if you enter Cargus or Sameday website

  2. Which is the delivery time?

    • The delivery time of the package generally lasts between 3 and 7 working days. We live in the mountains, far from the city (50 km), so it may take a little longer for it to reach you, but don't worry, and if it's snowing, we keep doing it and sending it. There may also be delays during public holidays.

  3. When do I receive the order?

    • The courier will notify you by SMS in the morning when he is on his way to you.


    1. What do I do if my item was damaged during shipping?

      • If one or more of the delivered items are damaged, have defects or a problem of any kind, you can return it and you will receive another in return or a refund of your choice, the shipping costs being borne by us.

    2. What do I do if I am dissatisfied with the product and want to send a return?

      • If you want to return one or more products, you have 14 calendar days from the date of taking the order, following the steps here: Refund policy.

    3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

      • Yes, in case of a return the transport costs will be borne by the customer. This means that you will have to pay a fast courier to get the return. It is advisable to opt for Cargus or Sameday curier (in order not to pay extra km), and if you want to send it by another courier, you can send it to the headquarters in Bistrița, where we will pick it up.

    4. Do I receive a confirmation when the return package is received?

      • Yes, you will receive the cancellation invoice by e-mail when we refund you. The refund only includes the price of the product (s) (we deduct the initial shipping cost to you, if applicable).

    5. How long does it take to get my money back?

      • You will usually receive the money within a maximum of 30 days of entering physical possession of the return.

    6. What address should I send a return to?

      • If you choose to send by Cargus or Sameday curier, the address is: 97 Obcioară street, Piatra Fântânele place, Tiha Bârgăului commune, Bistrița-Năsăud county, recipient: Tinutul de Nord SRL.
